Monitoring Contracts - Electronic Logbook

Dantek provide a holistic approach to legionella control, which starts with comprehensive legionella risk assessment. From your site legionella risk assessment a site specific monitoring schedule will be set up and followed which provides compliance with current HSE guidance for legionella control.

Our contracts are designed to provide you with the peace of mind that can only come from knowing your site is following best practices for legionella control. Whilst it may be necessary for you to make certain changes to the way that your systems are maintained in order to comply with these best practices, we do not expect our clients to completely reorganise their day-to-day business activities in order to fit in with the way that we work. Rather, we seek to tailor our services to suit the specific needs of each individual customer at the same time as ensuring that any changes that may need to be made will cause a minimum of disruption.

We are able to assist in all aspects of the chain of compliance, either through the provision of a total service solution or by supporting your in-house staff via in-depth training sessions, regular compliance audits and the provision of comprehensive monitoring and recording systems. Whichever approach you decide to take, we will be there to support you every step of the way and will make sure that you always have access to the information you need to make the right decisions concerning your ongoing water hygiene practices.

As mentioned above, our services are tailored to meet the needs of each individual customer, but there are certain basic features that form an integral part of every contract:

  • Site Log Book
  • Temperature Testing
  • Calorifier Checks
  • Tank Inspections
  • Microbiological Testing

Once the initial assessment has been completed and our recommendations have been put into action, your site to be checked on a regular basis by our experienced and fully trained engineers, who will ensure that compliance is maintained by carrying out comprehensive audits during every visit before issuing a report with a list of any actions that it may be necessary for you to take.
