We follow a tried-and-tested three-stage method for complete cleaning and disinfection:
- Pre-clean disinfection: The system is isolated, stabilised, and dosed with specialist biocides (such as Dantek Chlor15) to control microbial growth and create safe entry conditions.
- Manual cleaning: Our technicians thoroughly clean all accessible areas — including troughs, drift eliminators, and sump — using jet washing and vacuuming to remove debris, scale, and sludge. Packing is inspected and, if needed, removed for deep cleaning.
- Final disinfection & recommissioning: Once cleaning is complete, the system is refilled, disinfected again, and fully recommissioned with the right water treatment chemicals. All compliance records are updated in your site logbook.
