Mark putting his best foot forward

Mark Couchman is putting himself through a gruelling test this year to raise money for the charity LATCH, which is very close to his heart. He is not only running the City of Newport half marathon but also training hard for the Tough Mudder event later this year. Good luch Mark with both your training and fund raising!!

LATCH is a charity that supports the children who are receiving treatment for cancer at the Children’s Hospital for Wales and their families.
