Who We Are
Dantek Environmental Services (UK) LTD is a Bristol based Water Hygiene Company. We are members of the Legionella Control Association (LCA) Code of Conduct, which is the recognised trade body for our industry.
Dantek was started by Dan and Amy in 2000, with Martin joining in 2002. Together they have over 40 years experience in Water Hygiene and are passionate about growing Dantek while maintaining high service levels for all our customers. Most our of business comes from customers who we have built strong relationships with over the last 15 years.
Dantek is built on a vision of providing exceptional service and value for money to our customers. We achieve this by being passionate that our Engineers are the best trained, best equipped and best presented in our industry.
We have an excellent, dedicated team of fully trained Water Hygiene Engineers, Legionella Risk Assessors and plumbers. All our employees receive full training to enable them to carry out tasks with competence and confidence.
Dan is the Managing Director. He began his career at Houseman Ltd as a Water Treatment Engineer before starting Dantek in 2000.
Dan has 19 years’ experience in Water Treatment and Legionella control. Dan is passionate about continuing to grow the company and to deliver operational excellence.
Amy is the Finance Director. She began her career in recruitment and property management before starting Dantek in 2000.
Amy is responsible for accounts and the financial management of the company. She is also responsible for the recruitment and selection of new employees.
Martin is the Technical Director joining Dantek in 2002. Prior to this he started his career as a graduate working on waste water treatment plants in the paper industry before progressing into Water Treatment at Houseman Ltd.
He has a wide technical knowledge of our industry and current best practice, which he passes on to our employees through the training and development programme at Dantek.
Holly is an Account Manager looking after key customers and growing business in the Midlands. With her in depth understanding of Legionella control and superb organsiational skills, she has the ability to add value and ensure jobs run as smoothly as possible.
Originally from the Midlands, Holly spent ten years working in the Engineering Maintenance sector before moving south and joining Dantek in January 2009.
Emma Read - Administrator
Emma is an Administrator and joined Dantek in 2011.
She has 15 years’ experience in administration and currently works part-time.
Carol Hipkiss - Operations Co-ordinator
Carol joined Dantek as the part time Accounts Assistant and was promoted into the Operations team in 2014. Carol is responsible for booking and organising a team of field based engineers and managing contract and scheduling work.
